Refund policy

Cricket Cove Shopify will accept returns/exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order providing it is in the same original condition as it left the shop.

Purchases will be refunded in the form of a shop credit only. We are not responsible for lost items being returned to us. 

unfortunately, we cannot assume any shipping charges to or from the destination.

All packages include up to $100 only insurance for loss.

All packages will be shipped by Canada Post unless instruction has been received to deliver to a Cricket Cove shop.

Shipping rates vary according to the weight of the package. Every effort is made to package the order in the most economical way. Shipping/Handling will be shown at check-out.
